More than an FBO — a family business since 1979.
Three generations of Hoosier aviation, carried forward at Marion Municipal Airport with the personal service only a true family-run FBO can provide.
Aviation has been the family business for generations.
The Darlington story in Indiana aviation goes back to 1938. In 1979 the family brought that same dedication to Marion Municipal Airport, where we've welcomed pilots, fueled adventures, and trained new aviators ever since.
Today Andy Darlington — second-generation manager and CFII — leads the team, honoring our past while investing in the future.
The personal service of a family-run field.
Expert care
On-site A&P/IA maintenance and competitive fuel — top-notch service whether you're transient, a student, or a based owner.
Growing aviators
Flight training through our IWU partnership, the JROTC Flight Academy, and mentoring the next generation of pilots.
Community first
From our annual Fly-In/Cruise-In to Sky High Scoops, we open the airport to the whole Grant County community.
We honor our past while writing the next chapter.
Whether you're a transient pilot stopping for fuel, a student earning your wings, or a local owner needing top-notch care, you'll feel the difference of a place run by people who love aviation.
We'd love to share our story — and help write the next chapter of yours.
